New H1 approved for 3 years with out I-94 – file I-140/I-485 MTR - Want Stamping

Came on F1
Completed Master – work on CPT/OPT
Apply for Green card from F1 (EB2 with priority date current) – Labour approved + I140 approved +EAD approved
After 3 years – they revoked my approved I-140 & off Couse I-485 because of accreditation issue with university
File MTR for I-140
I recently got my First H1B approved for 3 years but without I-94 (based on my bachelor degree from back)
So I wana go for stamping to get it active in October and I will be fine, please let me know how safe is to go for stamping with pending MTR?
Can I go Canada for stamping?

H1 would be assessed based on its own merits. I dont think I140 in MTR state would impact the H1B.
